Security and Data Storage

The current iPhone and iPad TestFlight beta does not provide accounts, cloud sync, cloud backup, subscription services, or a developer-operated backend for job data. Planned services are not available in the current beta.

Local device storage

The app is intended to store saved job data and app state locally on the user's device so work can continue later. Deleting the app or clearing app storage may delete locally stored information. Access to locally stored data depends in part on device and operating-system protections.

User-controlled sharing

The current beta does not automatically sync job data. Users can choose to transmit screenshots, reports, exports, or support messages through email, messaging, printing, or other external services.

TestFlight diagnostics

Apple operates TestFlight and may process beta testing data such as crash logs, usage information, and tester feedback. See the Privacy Policy and Apple's TestFlight & Privacy notice for more information.

Field data caution

Do not submit customer, well, lease, personnel, operator, or job data through the website's Google Forms. Users should avoid sharing screenshots, reports, exported information, or support messages if they contain sensitive job details.

Planned services

Accounts, cloud sync, subscriptions, and backend support are planned, but their implementation may change. None of those services is available in the current beta.
