What to include in a bug report

Do not include customer, well, lease, personnel, operator, or job data in a support message or screenshot.

• Device type, such as iPhone or iPad
• iOS or iPadOS version, if known
• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead
• Whether the issue happens every time
• Screenshots, if useful and safe to share
